Exchanges and returns
All items for sale are custom and made to order. Therefore we offer no exchanges or returns on items that are received undamaged and as-ordered. All items that are received undamaged and as-ordered are non-refundable.
Refunds
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will happily provide replacement items or refunds for any valid claim, depending on your preference.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
For refunds, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
