Every single Pictoor is made-to-order. But that doesn't mean you have to bite your nails off in anticipation. Every order will be shipped within 2-3 working days, with delivery taking another 2-3 working days on average.

Yes. Unfortunately (for now), Pictoors are only available for purchase within South Africa.

We've taken extra precautions to ensure framed Pictoors arrive safely at your door. We secure every framed Pictoor in a snug cocoon between two polystyrene sheets, inside a custom-made box to ensure no movement in transit.

All print-only Pictoors are delicately rolled within a protective sheet, and placed into secure poster tubes, durable enough to withstand even the most negligent postman's handling.

We will gladly refund you or provide you with a free replacement in the event of your Pictoor arriving damaged. We do, however, require photographic evidence to be sent to us within 24 hours.

All items for sale are custom and made to order. Therefore we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges on items that are received undamaged and as-ordered.

Please make sure you are 100% happy with your choice in Pictoor, size and frame colour before ordering.

Once you have paid for your order, you will automatically receive an email confirming your purchase, as well as updates regarding shipping progress from our courier partner.

Once your Pictoor is in the hands of the courier, you will receive a tracking number, so you can follow its progress, as well as a link to our courier partner's tracking site.

Simply follow the link in the email, click "Track a parcel", and enter in the tracking number supplied.

If, due to some unexpected circumstance, you do not receive automated email updates regarding the status of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately at info@pictoors.com, making sure to include your order number as reference.

Art is always subjective, but we make sure that everything else is not. We don't compromise on quality when it comes to our prints.

We use a top-of-the line 12-ink fine art printer with Canon’s LUCIA PRO pigment ink technology. We print only on 230g matt-finish art paper for optimal absorbancy.

The result? Unmatched image reproduction, vibrancy and colour fidelity.

We offer two frame colour options for all of our sizes.

First, a beautiful natural wood finish with white inner edges. It elevates any artwork inside of it, and brightens any space you hang it.

Second, a slick black frame, also with whiter inner edges, offering a clean, classic look that perfectly compliments a minimalist aesthetic.

We do not, unfortunately, offer custom printing for individual artwork.

However... we are very receptive to any suggestions. So if there is more of a specific kind of art that you'd like to see available on the site, pop us a message via the site or our social media channels, and you might see your recommendation pop up on the site.
